Получение той или иной позиции зависит исключительно от знаний, полученных участником в ВУЗе, опыта работы и владения иностранным языком.

• Отличное знание английского языка (от уровня Intermediate и выше)
• Иметь высшее образование или статус студента ВУЗа
• Быть открытым, коммуникабельным, гибким, готовым работать в многонациональном коллективе в течение как минимум 3-х месяцев.

1.  Регистрация участника на стажировку , Оплата регитрационого взноса
2.  Предоставление участником следующих документов: заполненной анкеты на стажировку, CV (резюме) на английском языке + рекомендацию от преподавателя/работодателя
3.  Рассмотрение документов участника уполномоченной компанией в Сингапуре на возможность участия в стажировке, ожидание результата (1-2 раб. дня)
4.  В случае если знание англ. языка, полученное образование, опыт работы участника недостаточны для участия в программе - возвращаем участнику регистрационный взнос
5.  Получение положительного решения на участие в программе. Заключение договора с уполномоченной компанией в Сингапуре.
6.  Поиск оплачиваемой стажировки исходя из опыта работы, образования и уровня английского языка участника (3 недели)
7.  Прохождение участником телефонного собеседования с работодателем
8.  Работодатель готов предоставить работу участнику - участник согласен с местом стажировки. Участник оплачивает стоимость программы.
9.  Подготовка участником необходимых документов на визу, подача документов в посольство Сингапура нашим координатором или самостоятельно.
10. Бронирование проживания в Сингапуре, бронирование и оплата авиабилета, предвыездная ориентация в России.
11.  По приезду в Сингапур в аэропорту Changi Вас встретит наш координатор, разместит, объяснит, как пользоваться транспортом (MRT); поможет с открытием счета в банке и будет курировать вас на протяжении всей Вашей стажировки.

FOOD & BEVERAGE - Director of Culinary Operations

Responsibilities

* Oversee the operations of 40 kitchens, serveries, pantries at the Resort, including theme park & attractions, casinos, hotels, banqueting
* Supervise a team of skilled culinary chefs and kitchen brigade to produce up to 60,000 meals per day, including menu development, culinary promotions & events
* Partner various business units to ensure quality purchase of supplies as well as maintaining highest level of food safety & hygiene standards
* Review efficiency for staff deployment, explore multi tasking & work process streamlining
* Accountability for target revenue & performance within budgeted cost

Requirements

* Minimum 10 years relevant experience in culinary/kitchen operations in Asian & Western for similar resort-wide operations
* Recognised academic & skills certification from relevant institution or associations
* Extensive hands-on & technical knowledge of kitchen operations management as well as food hygiene standard
* Excellent leadership & people management skills in a culturally diverse environment

Croupiers are responsible for dealing table games efficiently for players, providing excellent customer services at all times while maintaining maximum games security. Good performers will be considered for fast track to assume supervisory roles

* Minimum height : Male – 1.65m, Female – 1.58m
* Secondary school education with ability to converse fluently in English
* Good mental numeric skills
